Data-deletion instructions

1. Stop future access

If you can sign in as the workspace owner, open Connected accounts and disconnect the relevant supported account. You can also revoke Financial Power access in the connected provider’s settings. For Meta services, check the relevant Facebook business integrations, Instagram authorized apps or WhatsApp Business connection settings, as applicable.

Revoking access or disconnecting is separate from deleting stored information. Previously imported records and generated reports may remain until a deletion request is processed.

2. Send a deletion request

Email ceo@ccyacademy.com with the subject Financial Power data deletion request. Where possible, send it from the email associated with your platform account.

• Your account email and workspace/company name.
• The scope: entire account/workspace, a particular connected account, or specified personal records.
• For WhatsApp, the relevant business phone number with country code; for Instagram/Facebook, the relevant account handle or page identifier.
• Whether you are the workspace owner, an authorized representative, or a person whose information appears in the workspace.

Provide only the identifiers needed to locate your information. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, verification codes or full chat exports.

3. Verification and processing

We verify the requester’s authority before disclosing or deleting information and may ask for limited additional evidence or confirmation from the workspace owner. We then confirm the scope, explain any lawful retention or backup limitations, and provide an expected completion timeframe and a completion response. You can follow up using the same email thread.

Depending on the verified request, deletion can cover account and connected-service identifiers, stored access tokens, imported messages and contacts, tasks, generated analyses or drafts, and related workspace records. Data relating to other people, legally required records, security records and backup copies require separate assessment. We explain any information that cannot be immediately removed and why. Deletion is not represented as instantaneous or automatic.

4. What deletion does not do

A Financial Power deletion request does not delete original emails, WhatsApp conversations, Instagram/Facebook content, or accounts held by another provider. Manage those directly with the provider. It also does not automatically delete copies lawfully held by another organization. Our team will explain the scope of the information we control.
